Shipping Policy
Most orders are shipped within 1-4 weeks from order date but will depend on stock. Most items are able to ship within two weeks. As most models are made-to-order and in high demand, please allow this time to craft. We make every attempt to ship your finished product in a timely manner. Larger volume orders require more time to craft.
Custom orders may take longer.
Canadian Orders are shipped Expedited Canada Post(5-10 business days). United States orders are shipped USPS Priority Post Air(up to 12 business days). International orders are shipped by air mail and may take up to 8 weeks. Extra shipping may apply with International orders.
Express Shipping: Express shipping is available. Please contact us @ dyndisc@shaw.ca to obtain pricing if you require a quicker shipping method with tracking.
Shipping Carriers: Our shipping carriers include Canada Post, USPS, UPS and FedEx. If you prefer to use your account number with one of these preferred carriers, please specify with order.
